I ordered from abroad, and from what I remember, it took over a month to finally arrive. The tracking hardly changed the whole time, which made it frustrating, and when I contacted support, they basically just told me to keep waiting. The item did show up in good condition in the end, but looking back, I don’t think it was worth all the stress...

I ordered from popmarket and felt relieved with how smooth it went. The tracking updated regularly, so I wasn’t sitting there annoyed or guessing where my package was. It arrived exactly on the day it said it would, and the box showed up in good shape too. No complaints from me, just a easy experience

My order showed up packed really nicely. The box had a little bit of wear on the outside, but everything inside was totally fine 👍 Maybe they could use a little less filler next time, but overall I’m happy with it!

My order status wasn’t updating for a few days, so I figured the practical thing to do was just reach out instead of guessing. Customer service replied quickly and explained what was causing the delay. It still took about another day to get sorted, but they were polite and actually answered what I asked. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but things happen, and they handled it well enough that I’d be comfortable ordering again.

My order from popmarket.com arrived looking really good. The box wasn’t dented or beat up, and the item inside was clean and still sealed like it should be. it was nice to get something that didn’t have any of those avoidable shipping issues. No complaints at all.

The order was mostly right, but one item was off. It’s not the biggest deal, but it’s kind of frustrating when you’re already looking forward to what you ordered and somehow I’m the one who ends up with the mistake.

I’m usually skeptical when a site makes everything sound too perfect, because that kind of polished company wording always makes me wonder what they’re leaving out. But the vinyl was cheap and it did the job. Nothing fancy, just decent stuff for the price, and I’d say it was worth it

I ordered from Popmarket and ended up needing a refund because the item just didn’t work out. Starting the refund wasn’t too bad, so I thought it would be straightforward, but then the waiting game started.
They gave me a timeline, and then basically missed it. I had to follow up more than once, which was frustrating because it felt like they kept making it sound like it would be handled soon, and then nothing really happened. The replies weren’t rude or anything, just slow and kind of vague.
I did finally get my money back, but it took way longer than they made it seem like it would. That’s the part that annoyed me most, don’t promise a timeframe if you’re not going to stick to it. I wouldn’t say it’s the worst site ever, but I probably wouldn’t order again unless I was 100% sure I wouldn’t need a refund...

I had to return a record that showed up damaged, and I was ready to be done with PopMarket if they made it a hassle. But they sent the return label quickly, and the refund came through a few days later. Painless overall, so I’m willing to give them another shot.

I had a problem with my order getting it fixed turned into way more of a thing than I expected. The replies were slow, and then I’d get a response that made it feel like they hadn’t really read what I’d already said, so I ended up explaining the same issue more than once, which just gets annoying after a while.
To be fair, they did eventually sort it out, so it wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but the whole process left me frustrated. I don’t know, I’d probably only order from popmarket.com again if the price was really good, because I’m not exactly eager to deal with that kind of back-and-forth again

I’ll be honest, I was already annoyed before it even showed up because I’d never ordered from PopMarket and people online make it sound like you’re automatically getting scammed. But the record was completely legit — sealed, correct barcode, and every detail matched the official release.
Shipping took a few days, which wasn’t a big deal, even though I’d still blame the vague tracking for making me check it way more than I should’ve. Packaging was fine, and the vinyl had no weird marks, damage, or anything that made it look fake.
So yeah, after all that unnecessary worry, I’m happy with it. I’d order from them again if I found something I wanted, especially harder-to-find albums, but I wish the whole process didn’t make buyers feel like they have to play detective.
